General settings We saw that the browsers are not reading accurate the margins where the printer cannot write an even if they'll do, the browsers are letting biger margin at the left. This margins must be as correct as posible because are very important for labels, and especialy for litle labels. The most secure method for retrivieng the exact margins is to print the test page and after that measure up the margins an put in the form that can be seen on the bottom of the page. The litle square from the test page are 2mm x 2mm. In the browser' window Page Setup write to all the margins 0. In mozzila and opera, the margins wil permanently reamin at 0 but in IE the margins will be read again from the system printer settings. If you are using Internet Explorer 7, to keep default 100% size at printing, you have to donwload and launch the file IE100.reg Most important is to remove headers and footers from the browser window Page setup.We recomend Internet Explorer 8 or the updated versions of Mozilla Firefoxand Opera. WE RECOMAND Mozilla Firefox, Al the browsers are reading the page size from the system printer settings. So, it would be very quite important to change that to A. All the coordinates are related to A4. Below you can see all the settings that you have to make in the browser page setup. The printer used by the broser is the default printer from the system or the last printer selected to print from that browser. Internet Explorer (we reccomend version 8) Enter in File->Page Setup... The file menu is th same in all versions of IE. Internet Explorer version 8 The most important thing is to choose "Empty" for all fileds of header and footer like in the bellow image. If IE is in another language than english, "Empty" will apear in that language. To set the minimum margins that the browser "think" that are minimum, set all margin fields at 0 and then clicki OK, after that open again the Page setup window and there will be the minimum values that are accepted by the browser for that printer. As we already recomended, Page Size it's better to be set in the printer settings from Control Panel, as A4.
In the Print Preview window you can choose the orientation (portait or landscape), the buttons 2 and 3 from left to right. In the filed where is selected "100%" it's important to be "100%".
Internet Explorer version 7 Remove all texts from Header and from Footer. To set the minimum margins that the browser "think" that are minimum, set all margin fields at 0 and then clicki OK, after that open again the Page setup window and there will be the minimum values that are accepted by the browser for that printer.

Mozilla Firefox Go to File->Page Setup...
Mozilla is the only browser wich keeps permanent the setting for orientation (portrait or landscape) . Do not forget to change the orientation when you want to print with another orientation.
Mozilla accepts all the margins to be 0 but it will print depending on the printer margins that the selected printer supports and, as all the browser with few additional mm.
In Print Preview window you can Change the orientation.
Opera Go to File->Print Options...
The settings has to be like in the bellow image. At ta margins put 0 in all fields.
Printer and margin settings in application To make in application the settings for the selected printer, for the browser that you are using, margins, adjusting, paper position in printer tray, where the printing starts on the page, go to My account->General Settings. In Internet Explorer and Opera, if the sum of the top margin and bottom margin is smaler than those the browsers are using for calcululations, you wil not see anything at print preview and there will be nothing printed. If this happens to you, increment the top and bottom margins with 1 or 2 millimeters util you will see the addreses of the labels or of the envelopes. The radio button from each row represents the active setting in that moment. If you will click on the radio button of the other row, that setting will become active and will be saved in your account until you will change again.
Paper position in the tray is set according to the mode that paper guides are closing to the paper. For example, at the laser printers the paper is positioned in the center. Start prints is important only for landscape orientation and for most printers, the setting is "the side that enter first in the printer".
