Mail settings (add, edit, delete labels, envelopes)
As you can see, there are many types of labels and envelopes predefined. In the list types of labels and envelopes, those predefined have a gray background. If you select or you will edit and save a predefined type, its background will become white and will be saved in your account. You can add as many types of labels and envelopes as you need.
All the dimensions are in millimeters.
By clicking on the radio button, the label or the envelope will became main label and main envelope that are used when you are printing.
Labels Top margin (tm) ,Bottom margin (bm) ,Left margin (Lm), Righ margin (Rm) means the distances between the edges of the sheet and the edges of the labels if the labes are not begening from the edge of the sheet. This can exists or not.
Rows spaces(rs) and Columns spaces (cs) are the distances between the rows and the distances
bewteen the columns. This can exists or not.
Padding means the distances between the edges of the label and the text inside the label. As you can see below we marked with colors to be more clear.
Envelopes The most types of the envelopes are printed with landscape orientation. You can change the orientation for an envelope but DO NOT FORGET to change the orientation in the browser Page setup settings. Do not forget to set the browser with landscape orientation and REMEMBER that only Mozilla Firefox keeps this settings permanent, the other browsers are reading with any new instance, the settings from the system for the selected printer. If you want to use in landscape all the time other browsers, you have to change the printer orientation from Control Panel printer settings. Any way, it is recomended to enter in Print Preview and print from that window. So you wil see what orientation is required and you will can change very easy from Prin preview window.
Add a new label type
To add new label click Add new label type.
As you can see below, you have to ad the label name, numbers of rows, numbers of columns and margins, padding and fonts. We didn't put a list with fonts because this can exists on some systems and on others not. In the future we will make a list with common fonts for all systems.
