To print labels and envelopes you need to create a list of selected recipients.
This list can be accesed from POST MAIL ->Create mail and from the page of the list you can add contacts in that list, delete contacts from the list or move contacts in the list of sent mail.

Click on the Add and add new contacts in the list to print envelopes and labels. If you want to remove some contacts from the list, check the checkboxes for the contacts you want to be removed and click Delete .

For printing the labels or the envelopes, click on the Print button with the label image or with the envelope image.

ONLY FOR LABELS - if you want to print labels from the sender, check the Sender labels and enter the number o the labels you want to print. If you have in the list contacts selecte for printing, the sender labels will be added to the labels of the selected contacts.

On the page with labels you can disable or enable labels by clicking on them.

If you click on the contact name, you can enter details about the content of the mail.

After youhave printed the envelopes or labels, and after you added details about content of the mail for every contact, you can save the mail in the Sent mai list by clicking Move all in sent mail, so, all the recipients from the list will be moved in the sent mail (doesn't matter if they are checked or not)..

When you click Add (to add recipients for sending mail) the bellow window will be opened).
You can add contacts by clicking on the arrow or by checking them and then cliking on Add selected contacts for printing.

The page with details, where you can add details about the content of the sending mail can be seen below.
