Print this page and measure up the blank margins that are not printed on the paper. (distances from the margins of the paper sheet until the lines).
After that put this values in the General Settings for a printer settings. The values in the GeneralSettings are named as Browser top, Browser Left, Browser Right and Browser Bottom.
All the values are in millimeters.
